About 45 minutes into my run, my right knee started to feel tight and sore (I think it was IT band related) I stopped and stretched it out and it was ok until I stopped for water. When I started up again it tightened almost immediately. I shut it down and walked for about 5 minutes to see if it would loosed up. It did and I was able to finish my run but my knee was still alittle tender... Rolled my leg out and stretched well so hopefully it will be ok tomorrow.
