Notes

Perceived effort 75%, started to Bonk about 90 minutes in but caught it in time and was able to recover by eating Power Bar Bites. At the same time I started to Bonk, I got a flat so I ended up cutting out about 5 miles of the route and riding backwards to meet up with the group. Toward the end of the ride although my legs were a little fatigued and my left shoulder hurt, I felt pretty good.
