Although I had my heart rate monitor on, it didn't read correctly, so no information
Today I focused on starting slow, averaged around 10-10:30 for the first 20 minutes. I definitely over-dressed...about 4 miles into the run I desperately needed to lose a layer but had to wait until mile 6 when I was back at the car to shed my fleece jacket.
My perceived effort was definitely 90-95% during my 60-minute race pace run, legs were more stiff than usual (probably due to the cold). I don't think I kept the pace up to where I"m capable the entire 60 minutes.
