Notes

Left work a little later than normal and traffic was horrendous. I knew by the time I got to WRL I'd only have about 45 minutes of daylight left so I opted for the trainer instead.

Raised the front wheel. Includes Over/Unders and Descending Intervals (all are high cadence/high tension)
