PE 75-78%, didn't have a sched. for today so opted to keep Aus company for her 2 hour run. I felt really thirsty throughout (don't think I took in enough fluids following yesterday's ride because I napped and then had a hair appt), so we stopped at every water fountain along the way. (Probably could have used some salt tabs as well)
Legs felt pretty good (had some tightness in the muscle that attaches my quad to my hip at the front of my right leg, but a quick stretch at the first water stop helped.
