I overslept big time this morning - was just exhausted. Had the alarm set to run at 7am for 90 minutes but since I got such a late start, there was no way - instead I decided to keep it between 45-60 minutes, The temps were broaching 100 and it was HOT out.
PE 80% legs felt good but the entire time I was wishing I started running about 4 hours earlier. Lesson learned
