* 30 minute bricks (30 min run, 60 minutes Loving Hill Bike loops, 30 min run, 60 minutes Loving Hill Bike loops, 30 min run)

First 30 minutes run was long b/c I stopped to help an elderly man who fell down on the trail.. I was already a few minutes into my workout but since I forgot to stop my watch I just started over. Overall my legs felt pretty good for 3 all of the runs (slightly more fatigued at the end as expected) I was having some GI issues (not sure if I had a bug or if something I are didn't agree w/ me but I had to make "emergency" stops at the port-o-potty following the first and second runs.
