Celina loop

It took my legs about 45 minutes to warm-up. I felt really good on the second loop. Focused on keeping my cadence in the high 80s-low 90s and on pedal stroke. My left shoulder (the one I injured in Oct) bothered me after an extended period of time in my aero bars. Perceived effort level was 85%. I forgot to start my watch at the beginning of the ride. Started it about 3/4s of the way through the first loop, alsoo forgot tohit stop at the end of the ride so don't have complete info
