Notes

My garmin wasn't picking up the satellite so I wasn't able to track mileage, HR, etc. I did Fartlek ladders, perceived effort for the "on" intervals was around 90%. My stomach didn''t feel great (I don't think Tony's agrees with me before a hard run).

Post run I had a nectarine on the way to the office - fell asleep in my sales meeting so realized that I can't wait to get my protein need to do it inconjunction with the fruit.
