Felt better about this run than yesterday's. Much more focused and just generally felt better afterwards. Feel like progress is being made slowly but it is there. Pace on the first mile was very easy. For training runs it serves as a form of warmup and works for me. Endurance seems better as I watched my pace - my effort or perceived effort and adjusted pace accordingly.
