Notes
Unfortunately I was unable to get a run in yesterday, it was just impossible to do so. I had to wake up at 7am to drive to Maryland to see Chris. I was unsure even if I could get a run in today. I was supposed to run long but The traveling and timing would have made it very difficult for me to do.
Toward the end of the run my achilles (right leg) began bothering me. It even hurt walking around yesterday and today. It is extremely strange how It didn't hurt at all on Friday, yet I almost had to stop today. So I re-scheduled my long run for tomorrow. Hopefully my achilles holds up for the long run.
I can't help but notice that this build-up has gotten off to a rocky start. I know it is extremely early but every day does matter.
