Notes
Run #2 of the day. It was very hot, at least 88 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. I went with the long-sleeve shirt and it hit me for sure. I ran with Dave, Adam and Tim. It was nice having a group of people setting the pace. Despite it being my second run of the day my body actually felt better than earlier today. Time to recover for tomorrow's long run.
