Notes
It was a hot one today. I probably didn't hydrate well enough in between last night's run and today's. Plus I am not used to the heat yet. Pretty soon it will probably be like this every day so running late in the morning won't be an option. I saw the movie the long green line last night and this morning. It was a huge motivator to get out the door and run with some teammates. Maybe I can get some people together this week to run.
