This workout was tough! My sleep had been lacking going into this and I was feeling winded early. I really wanted to quit and I thought I was going to several times. It didn't help that I ran this by myself too. But I felt like I got a lot stronger today. But since my sleep is lacking and I have a tough week ahead of me academically this will be my only workout for the week. Plus I have been doing two workouts a week for a while now. Its nice to have a down week.
