I wasn't sure of the temp while I was out there but it was fairly hot (about 80 degrees) and rapidly on the rise. The high is projected to be 94 today. I feel like today was one of those days that won't be noticed when I look back in November, but I committed and woke up early to get a quality training run in a reasonable temperature, while most other people either took the day off or ran when it so hot that more harm was done. Time to enjoy the rest of the day.
