Notes
It poured down rain again today, making it tough initially to get out the door. I ditched the music and just went with a long sleeve and shorts. The temperature was great and I felt relaxed most of the way. Of course the hills got my heart rate going but I was able to run in a lower gear and contain myself. I still need a lot more practice running more relaxed on easy days. It's amazing that I preach it so much and I have so much trouble doing it. But at least I'm trying!
Atlantic City today. Hopefully I can get a run in tomorrow and win some money. My scheduled day off is Saturday. Hopefully I can stick to that.
