Did not plan on running today but got restless around 7 from being inside all day staring at Evidence and Estates. Decided to go for a quick 3 but ended up doing 6. Forgot how nice it is to run when no one else is out. Gotta stay away from morning runs to escape the crowded path.
Cooler out than I thought...shorts and long sleeve-T, perfect.
Also, stopped the meds last night--interested to see if I'll be able to run more than 3-4 miles 3 times a week once they're out of my system.
