planning on doing 35-40...but Miah got a flat about 6 miles in. He didn't know exactly how to change it...and then we had troubles getting it all back together...all in all was stopped on the trail trying to be mechanics for about an hour and half. I guess a med student and law student can't put a simple bike back together, sad...
