Notes
Windy and had to go to the bathroom almost the entire run, which was annoying. Putting off the long run until Sunday this week, as Chris is coming in today/tonight and running Earth Day 1/2 tomorrow. Really need to get in one more good long run, so didn't want to try to get it in tomorrow without being sure it would happen.
