Hot/muggy. ipod nano thing I recently bought, in my armband, started skipping to other songs, stopping, etc because of the moisture in the armband case. Not acceptable for something over $150...thinking about returning it since the only time I use the thing is on runs....perhaps just go back to the cheaper is better strategy..something breaks, just buy another.
Body felt very awkward the last few miles and I noticed I was favoring the right leg more than I had been. Thinking about taking tomorrow off after the last two not-so-successful days. Also ran with a guy I saw out running - I had passed him going the opposite way, did about a mile loop and on my way back caught up with him, to which he then increased his pace and he started talking to me, so I slowed it down for a lil bit to run with him. Nice guy, probably around 50-55 yrs old and just out for a 6 milers. Nice to see someone else out on the gross day and being it was the 4th of July.
