First time I have measured a run in months...been too scared to in all honesty. I was ready to put down 7.5 for this run, but measuring it came to 8.2. Confidence builder I guess. It was rough though. Longest run in over a month, and I was scared at the beginning I wouldn't physically be able to do 7. Nice n' warm day.
