Walk 5min before/after.

Run 18 min at 9min mile pace, walked 2 min, last mile at 8min pace (which was a lot harder than I thought it should be).

Leg/knee felt fine. Haven't been seeing the bruising to the outside of the knee that I had until a week ago. First run in new shoes.
