Sore when I woke up this morning from the few squats/lunges I did yesterday. Started those because I feel I still favor the knee and need to work on making sure my legs are of equal strength.
Knee didn't bruise as bad as it usually does after elliptical. :)
Walked 10 min after - need to work on being able to get rid of the "hitch" in my step after a longer workout - don't know whether it's just a mental thing to favor the knee, or whether there's something to it.
Today definitely in contention for one of the top 5 sweatiest workouts ever. Odd.
