45 degrees in June is unacceptable. Felt gross after a week of 0 exercise, besides walking the dog and the wearing of heels every day for 9-10 hrs. Probably going to be a task this summer not to gain 30 lbs as I went out to eat for 3 lunches and 2 dinners with the firm....
