10.7? My only goal today was to get past the 10 mile mark I haven't done since college...Dre offeredto help me get it done and we ran together for the 2nd time in about 5 years together in doin so.

Great weather. Rolling hills -def a mix up from Chicago. Stopped 3-4 times after some of the hills cuz her hip needed to be stretched out..and during final stretch out period, she told me to go on without her cuz she would go straight back and I needed to add some to the "loop" to make sure it was 10. Felt bad,but she insisted. She def helped getthru those first 8 though, and was a good break mentally to have someoneto run with.

Told Dre I would be going slowerthan 830s- something I felt I had to do to make it 10...guess not....? Legs actually felt more "normal" today than they havein the past week...and my left heel/ankle/foot pain didn't bother me, knock on wood.
