Hadn't measured a route, but turns out I basically ran a marathon today. Was planning on doing 20 to 27, and wasn't going to decided until a certain point about 2 hrs in - where I could head back or add on. Decided to add on. Pretty windy out - and went against the wind pretty much the entire last hour and a half. Had about 2 water bottles of powerade, a vespa concentrate at one and a half hours, and of course, gum. Before the run, coffee, banana and 5 hr energy. Probably could add in another vespa or some tootsie rolls during the run, but I was really thinking I was going to keep it around 20 for the day after yesterday's unplanned speed thrown in. Left hip a lil tender/sore starting about 2 hrs in, but as long as I dont tweak it in a weird way, or push the pace, it seems to be ok. Probably take tomorrow off, massage/chiro tomorrow night, and then taper time for the next two weeks.
