ALison asked me to pace her for under 10 min miles for this race. We were going 940s-950 for the first half, then started slowing. At mile 8 she really couldn't move faster than about 10-1030 pace. At 10, she had to walk a few times. Glad I was able to at least provide her company, but there really wasn't anything I could do to help her get under 10 min/mi.
