I really have no idea on my actual time, I was too busy trying to zone out and not pay attention to the fact that I was on the treadmill for the 3rd day in a row, that I forgot to look at the time when I stopped. Safe to say it was faster than my 'mill effort for Monday so we will call it 78. I just can't bring myself to run on the roads when there is barely any room for cars let alone pedestrians. I curse at everyone who is walking in the street as I commute, and I don't want to be one of those clowns.
