Notes

3 mile warmup.

2x3 mile, 1 mile jog between intervals (stole this one from Louis). I ended up doing this on the Belmont High track. Again, about 75 meters or so were completely snow covered and a large portion of the workout was run in lane 2, so assign whatever conversion feels right. At least the track gave me consistent splits to work off of, and the footing wasn't too bad.

1 mile jog: 7:30

3 mile: (5:40)(5:39)(5:31) 16:50

3 mile warmdown

I went in thinking that I wanted to run 5:40s on a clear track, so I was obviously very happy with this effort. Felt controlled the whole time, and was happy to be able to muster that last mile.
