- 1st PT appointment. did some fairly easy exercises. advised to wait 6-8 weeks until running. can use the exercise bike.
- daily tube pull-apart - 1 x 20 reps.
- clamshells 2 x 10 each leg with easy band.
- Gripper training. - G & S: 1 x 10 reg. & inv. grip, 10 sec hold reg. & inv. grip. - T: 1 x 5 reg. & inv. grip (not quite able to get all with left), 10 sec hold reg. & inv. grip (left gap getting smaller).
