Rogue gripper training.

Regular grip. 1 x 10 of the G and S, and 1 x 5 of the T. Not able to completely close the T with my left hand. Then did 10 sec holds with each. Not able to keep the T closed with the left hand (~1 cm gap), able to do the right but not easy.

Inverted grip. 1 x 10 of the G and S, and 1 x 5 of the T. Not able to completely close the T with both hands for all 5 reps.
