Notes

Got some Rogue grippers - the Guide (G - 60 lbs), the Sport (S - 80 lbs), and the Trainer (T - 100 lbs). Did 3 x 10 of the G, 1 x 10 of the S, and 1 x 5 of the T. Not able to completely close the T with my left hand. Then did 10 sec holds with each. Not able to keep the T closed with the left hand and barely with the right.
