PUSH 2 workout then ELLIPTICAL.

- DB shoulder routine with 5 lbs.

- BB OHP: 3 x 6, 65 lbs.

- Underhand DB bench: 2 x 10, 25 lbs.

- DB abduction rows: 15 lbs, 2 x 12, 10.

- DB floor flys: 2 x 10, 15 then 20 lbs.

- Close grip bench, 2 x 8, 110 lbs.

- SS with DB curls, 20 lbs, 2 x 12.

- OH carry, 20 lbs, 2 x 75 steps.

- Back extension, 2 x 10, no weight.

- Push up plus, 1 x 10.

- Elliptical, 20 min. started at level 2 worked to level 10. Max HR 163.

- Gripper training (inverted grip) later.
