- lying triceps DB extensions, 25 lbs, 10, 9.
- SS with DB waiter curls, 35 lbs, 2 x 10.
- OH carry, 25 lbs, 2 x 60 steps.
- Rotator cuff external rotation, 5.5 lbs, 15, 13.
