Notes

- took the wrap and bandages off the knee.

- daily tube pull-apart - 1 x 20 reps. - 1 leg raises. 3 x 50 each leg. - did leg raise with 30 sec hold at 45 degrees then raised up and down slowly for 60 seconds, 3 sets each leg. - right heel slides, 3 x 30. - left leg bridge - 1 x 15 reps. - 1 leg stand each leg for 1 minute. - left leg partial squat - 1 x 15 reps. - left leg calf raises - 1 x 10 (4 sec holds at bottom and top).

- Gripper training. - G: 1 x 10 reg. grip, 1 x 10 inv. grip, 10 sec hold reg. grip, 10 sec hold inv. grip. - S: 1 x 10 reg. grip, 1 x 10 inv. grip, 10 sec hold reg. grip, 10 sec. hold inv. grip. - T: 1 x 5 reg. grip (not quite able to get all with left), 1 x 5 inv. grip (not quite able to get all with left), 10 sec hold reg. grip (left gap about 1/4 cm), 10 sec hold inv. grip (almost got it with the left).
