Notes
did workout A - 3 sets of 15 goal:
- db drop squat - 40, 45, 50 lbs
- static lunges - bw - 15 each leg
- chest supported db row - 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 25 lbs (12? can't remember).
- 1 arm db sh press - 20 lbs, 25 lbs, 20 lbs (12)
- back extensions with 10 lb db rows at top. 1 set of 10.
- face pulls. 2 sets of 15. used cable machine - 7.5 lbs each side.
- keeping an eye on left shoulder - have had some pain lately that seems to hurt most during pushups. did notice it was starting to hurt late in the shoulder press sets.
- also did some slow and quick side to side steps to test out the right knee suspected MCL issue. went okay.
