- Lat pull downs (single pulley) 3 sets. 120 (8, 8, 8).

- DB lateral raises, 2 x 12 (15 lb DBs).

- EZ bar curls, 50 lbs (2 x 8)

- Back extensions, 2 x 10 (no weight).

- Face pulls w/trap lift, 12.5 lbs, 1 x 15.

- Rotator cuff extensions, 7.5 lbs, 1 x 12

Did the elliptical after for 15 min. Level 1 for 5 min than level 2. Max HR 147.
