R1 workout - 5x(2x200, 1x400). 200 avg = 39.4 sec (70.7 sec rec). 400 avg = 78.4 sec (2:27 rec.). Went pretty well - was about 20 degrees with some wind (before work). Noticed some tightness in left ITB.
