I1 workout on treadmill. 6x2min (1 min rec) + 7x1min (1min rec) + 8x30sec (30 sec rec). Did all at 5:49 pace (10.3mph) except 1st 2 min (5:52) and last 30 sec (5:45). Tough workout. Back has been a bit tight lately.
