- Angels & devils, 1 x 20.
- Lat pulldowns, 3 sets, single pulley 120 lbs. 10, 10, 8.
- BB rows, 3 x 10, 65 lbs.
- DB lat pullovers, 2 x 12, 25 lbs.
- DB curls, 20 lbs, 2 x 12, 10.
- Farmer carries, 75 lbs, 2 x 50 steps.
- Prone wrist curls, 1 x 15, 12.5 lbs.
- Wrist curl ladder, 1 x F, 20 lbs, 9 reps.
- Face pulls, 12.5 lbs, 1 x 15.
- Did the elliptical after for 20 min. worked up to level 5. max HR was 150. Distance 2.21 miles.
Sauna after for 15 min.
Did Gripper training later - regular grip.
Cold shower this morning. Ate at 2:30. IF was 19 hrs.
