Notes

PT then to the gym. Did PT exercises on the left leg to balance things out (1 leg press, 1 leg RDL, 1 leg drops,). Also did trap bar deadlifts (silver bar, easy grip), 3 x 8 with 45s on each side.

- Core - 20 of each -ISO reverse crunch, seated ab circles, reclined elbow to knee, plank elbow to knee, oak tree steps outs (17.5 lbs), pull downs (52.5 lbs), plank push-away. - Calf raises - 2 x 8 with no weight. - Did exercise bike after.

IF 17.5 hrs (9:00 PM to 2:34 PM).
