- Farmer carries, 2 x 50 steps, 75 lbs.
- Radial/ulnar supination, 1 x 15, 12.5 lbs.
- Supination/pronation, 1 x 15, 7.5 lbs.
- Face pulls with trap raise, 2 x 15, 12.5 lbs.
- Elliptical, worked up to level 8. 2.22 miles, 20 min.
- Did gripper training (regular grip) later.
