Notes

PT, LEGS, CORE.

- went to PT then to the gym to add some left leg stuff.

- Leg press (2 and 1 leg), BOSU squats, fire hydrants, 1 leg RDL, 1 leg touch-downs, side shuffles w/band and 10 lbs, walking lunges w/10 lbs, physio-ball bridge hamstring leg curls.

- Added some kettlebell swings at the gym, 30 lbs, 2 x 20.

CORE

- ISO reverse crunch (20), seated ab circles (20), recline elbow to knee (20), oak tree step outs (17.5 lbs, 20), pull downs (52.5 lbs, 20), plank push-away (20), hanging knee raise (2 x 10).
