- Straight arm pushdowns, 27.5 lbs, 2 x 15.
- EZ bar curls, 60 lbs, 2 x 6.
- SS with triceps pushdowns, 47.5 lbs, 2 x 12.
- Farmer carry, 75 lbs, 2 x 50 steps.
- Radial/ulnar deviation, 1 x 15, 12.5 lbs.
- Supination / pronation, 1 x 15, 7.5 lbs.
- Face pulls with trap lift, 2 x 15, 12.5 lbs.
- Back extensions with fly, 5 lb plates, 2 x 11.
Did gripper training later (regular grip).
