Notes

missed some days and forgot to log some workouts. Did an Upper D workout, yoga, and maybe a sled workout in the last week.

UPPER A.

Band, one leg bridge, around the worlds (40 lbs), shoulder halo (20 lbs), 1 x 20 of each. Face pull, 17.5 lbs, 1 x 15. RC windshields, 5 lb plates, 1 x 20 each way. Bench, 3 x 6, 135, 155, 175. Lat pull down, 120, 2 x 10. Lateral flys, 15, 1 x 10. DB curl trifecta, 12.5, 1 x 8. OH L carry 32.5 lbs 1 x 65 steps. Back extension with row, 15, 1 x 10. Side back ext, 15, 1 x 10. Hanging twist, 1 x 6 each side. Wood chop, 27.5, 1 x 1 each side. Sup/pro 5 lb DB, 1 x 20. Clocks, 1 x 5 each.

Grippers regular grip and elastic bands.
