Gripper training. - G: 1 x 11 reg. & inv. grip, 11 sec hold reg. & inv. grip. S: G: 1 x 10 reg. & inv. grip, 10 sec hold reg. & inv. grip.- T: 1 x 5 reg. & inv. grip (not quite able to get all with left), 10 sec hold reg. & inv. grip (left gap getting smaller).
