- dumbbell bench press (3 x 12), 40, 45, 45 lb d-bells.
- assisted pull up machine (3 x 12 goal) - level 9. 12 1st two sets, 9 last set.
- suitcase reverse lunges (3 x 12 each leg), 40 lb d-bell.
- d-bell curl trifecta (2 x 8 each exercise), 15 lb d-bells.
- face pulls w/lift (2 x 12), 12.5 lbs.
- did back corrective stretches before and after.
