- 1 arm db sh press - 20 lbs x 15

- chest supported db row - 20 lbs x 15

- static lunges - bw - 15 each leg

also did rotator cuff exercises with 3 lb weights x 15 each ex.

did the overhead pull-aparts with stretch band
