did core, carry, and cardio.

- core flexions - 20.

- twists 10lbs - 15 each side.

- leg raises - 15.

- knee raises - 15.

- lower back extensions with dumbell rows at top - 10 lbs each hand, did 12.

- suitcase carry - 50 lb db - 50 steps each hand.

- 1 leg standing - 3 x 1 min each leg.

- 20 min on recumbent exercise bike. worked up to alternating between level 6 and 8.

- used stretch band for some rotational exercises.
