- Leg push - Squats, 3 x 5, 135, 145, 155.

- Glutes - Hip thrusts, 2 x 10, 115.

- Static lunge - Bulg SS, 2 x 10, 25 lb dbs.

- Vert push - BB OHP, 3 x 8, 65 lbs.

- Horiz pull - ss - BB UH row, 3 x 10, 65 lbs.

- Chest - Floor flys, 2 x 12, 30, 35 lb dbs.

- Lats - ss - DB pullovers, 2 x 12, 35 lb db.

- Triceps - Close grip bench, 2 x 8, 120 lbs.

- Biceps - ss - DB curls, 2 x 6, 30 lb dbs. (25s were taken).

- Back extension, 2 x 10, 25 lb plate.

- Side shuffles, no weight, 1 lap, green band.

- Angels and devils, 1 x 15. 2.5 lb plates, dropped after 10.

SAUNA - 15 minutes.
